ProdCamp Turns SaaS User Feedback Into Revenue and Impact | Host of Excuse My SaaS | Product Ambulance Community Founding Member | Revenue Operations Consultant |

Stop scrolling ✋🏻 Need your feedback here 👇🏻🙏🏻 So we’ve reimagined our podcast, and branded it Excuse My SaaS! New look, wider range of guest expertise, and a sharper focus on what turns software products into successful businesses. Because that’s the heartbeat of ProdCamp platform—helping B2B companies turn user feedback into real impact and growth. Now, I need your thoughts! What do you think of the branding? If it’s not quite there… well, that’s on me (I may have insisted on a croissant and an “Art deco” vibe to keep it a little SaaSy and very French 🥐). But if you think it’s great—or even awesome—send a thumbs up to Pauline for making it happen! 🫶🏻 (And if LinkedIn doesn’t hide it for no reason, you can even try catching our latest episode in the comments!) ____________________ I'm Matei, co-founder of ProdCamp (The revenue-centric user feedback platform), host of Excuse My SaaS, and co-organizer of Product Ambulance. Any LinkedIn expert knows this (right, Kelly?:). It goes against all the rules. 😱 3 min. is way too long for a video here. Do you think you’re on YT? (where you can find ProdCamp channel btw 😇) Still, I’d feel bad keeping this part of our latest Excuse My SaaS episode with Enzo Avigo on Product Data and #AI to myself. I bet you’ll agree once you listen. I did trim it to keep it “LinkedIn friendly", but if this snippet pulls you in, you can check the comments for the link to the full episode (if LinkedIn didn’t decide to hide it! :). ____________________ I'm Matei, co-founder of ProdCamp (The revenue-centric user feedback platform), host of Excuse My SaaS, and co-organizer of Product Ambulance. The metrics to look at, the business problems it can solve, the teams it can help. If you’re in SaaS and not tracking these insights, you’re missing out on serious impact. In under 50 minutes, we’re going over things like: 🧠 Why qualitative feedback + quantitative data is a SaaS superpower Product data gives you the what, and user feedback gives you the why. We all want to build profitable and valuable products, yet investing in product squads often feels like a heavy expense. It seems impossible to know if development dollars truly add value. Customer needs are hard to pinpoint, buried under louder voices. Priorities blur, and critical features get lost in the noise. Unused and underutilized, features pile up, adding complexity. Clients hesitate to pay more, and some begin to drift away. The product grows, yet usability suffers for new users. New prospects struggle to see the value, and the cycle repeats. Imagine knowing exactly what to build to drive growth, so efforts invested amplify impact and clarity. With features focused on value, clients are eager to stay. Prospects find it easy to understand, and user needs are met. Your product squad delivers effectively, and priorities align. Identifying high-value features becomes effortless. Confidence grows that development dollars create value. And investing in product squads now leads to profitable product growth. #B2Bsaas #SaaS

“𝑾𝒆’𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒅𝒎𝒂𝒑 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔…” I hear this a lot from product leaders and CEOs. Here’s the deal: If you don’t feel ready to share your roadmap because you’ll need to hold to your promises, ask yourself this—Why should your users trust you with their business? 🚨 It’s true, sharing a public roadmap means acting on feedback. But there are smart ways to do it without overcommitting: 1️⃣ Keep promises low, overdeliver later. Share outcome-based items like, “Payment integration Improvements” or "Access to increased customization" instead of locking yourself into specific features. You’re still giving users visibility, and identifying problems, without painting yourself into a corner. 2️⃣ Forget precise deadlines. Use flexible time frames like Q1/Q2 or S1/S2 alongside “Now, Soon, Later, Never.” It gives your users clarity while keeping you flexible and focused on outcomes, not exact dates. When your users know you’re listening and acting it has a tangible business impact: reignite deals, reduce churn, improve product alignment, and reduce support tickets related to your product roadmap. If you’re still chasing feedback through emails and surveys, it might be time to rethink. 👉 Check out the video below to see how easy it is to set up a Public Roadmap. 👇 Or find Roadmaps examples on our Website. Let ProdCamp help you discover, and build products for impact. ____________________ I'm Matei, co-founder of ProdCamp (The Only User Feedback Platform With an ROI), and co-organizer of Product Ambulance. Last week, I shared a snippet from our first-ever ProdCamp Academy video, and the feedback came rolling in 🤗. One takeaway? I must highlight better what's the outcome and impact of deploying a public roadmap for b2b software companies. Thanks, Diana! So let’s get into it: 👉 Why should a public roadmap matter to your team? Here’s what you’ll gain from cutting out a big chunk of the middleman: 1️⃣ More time and focus for your Product Team: With a structured way to capture feedback via upvotes, your team spends less time processing feedback and more time understanding the who, the why, and the how behind requests. More focus, less chaos. 2️⃣ Lighten your customer support load: When users can directly submit suggestions, comment, and upvote items, support tickets related to product roadmap drop by 30 to 40%. Your client team spends less time acting as a middleman and more time serving customers. Lean team, big impact. 3️⃣ Reduce data loss: Feedback flows directly to the product team—no more playing telephone. This means more accurate, relevant insights to make good decisions. 4️⃣ Less overpromising: Everyone’s on the same page. If a feature isn’t on the public roadmap, it’s not in the plan. This prevents overpromising and misalignment between business and product. 5️⃣ Retain clients, happy and engaged: When users have visibility and you underpromise and overdeliver (act) on your roadmap, clients waiting for features are more likely to stay. 6️⃣ Bring back deals lost by lack of functionalities: When prospects share feedback on your roadmap they’ll be automatically and personally notified about new features they requested, it’s like giving them a second chance to choose your solution. This is how our clients have reignited deals worth tens of thousands in ARR. Want to see how it looks and works? Watch the 2-minute video below 👇 And give ProdCamp a try! Let's keep discovering and building for outcomes! ____________________ I'm Matei, co-founder of ProdCamp (The Only User Feedback Platform With an ROI), and co-organizer of Product Ambulance.
