💚 Workshop Recap: Struktur Management Partner GmbH x 180DCM 💙 Yesterday, we had the fantastic opportunity to participate in an exciting case workshop at Struktur Management Partner’s office in Cologne, focusing on corporate restructuring and transformation. The event kicked off with an insightful company presentation and an office tour, offering us a deeper understanding of the work and diverse opportunities at SMP. 💼 Following a coffee break, we dove into a challenging case study where we worked collaboratively to develop strategies for turning a crisis-hit company into a sustainable business model. This hands-on experience allowed us to apply key consulting concepts and think critically about real-world business challenges. After the case work, we enjoyed a valuable networking event at a restaurant nearby. 🔍 Workshop Recap: crossconsulting x 180DCM This Wednesday, we had the opportunity to organize an exciting workshop together with CrossConsulting at the University of Mannheim. 💚📈 The focus of the workshop was on the current challenges faced by clients in the financial services industry. Megatrends, new competitors, and economic turbulence are rapidly changing the market. After the intensive workshop, we wrapped up the evening with a relaxed dinner at Dachgarten Mannheim. Over delicious food, we had the chance to get to know each other better and further discuss the day’s topics. 🔍 Workshop Recap: Bain & Company x 180DCM 💚 Yesterday, we had the opportunity to participate in a case workshop at Bain & Company’s Frankfurt office, focused on sustainability. The workshop began with an engaging company presentation, which gave us a closer look at the diverse opportunities at Bain. Following this, we dove into the case study, where we collaboratively developed a new sustainable packaging strategy for a beverage manufacturer in the consumer goods industry. During the subsequent networking event, we gained insights into the consultants' work approach and were able to make valuable connections. We’re excited to look back on the Semester Start Recap that launched our semester! With over 350 registrations for our Kick-Offs, we are happy that many of you were eager to join us. Our events featured over 300 portions of pizza, fueling our conversations and connections. 🍕 We also discovered that 180 members were quite thirsty! In total, we managed to serve 3,309 bottles of drinks, including: - 585 alcoholic beverages 🍺 - 484 non-alcoholic options 🥤 - a whopping 2,240 INNOCENT smoothies 🍏 We started with a fantastic time at the Initiatives Market, where we connected with various exciting profiles. A huge thanks to our partners who sponsored the Initiatives Market – your support made it all possible! 💚 Our Get-Together on the Neckarwiesen was a great way to relax and engage with each other, especially with the fun of Beerpong! We thank Enactus Mannheim e.V. for the great cooperation and hope for more collaborations in the future. 🫱🏻🫲🏼 We followed that up with two Kick-Offs: the first at the university, and the second at Mafinex, where we were inspired by a keynote from Roman Klein.
