We all depend on farmers for the food we eat. Their job lays the groundwork for food security, and it is a tough one. It demands resilience, passion, and a love of the land. This year's #FarmerVoice survey, supported and sponsored by Bayer, is revealing the challenges, aspirations, and needs of farmers facing climate change, digitalization, and economic and political volatility. But despite the numerous obstacles, many farmers remain optimistic for the future and look to the next generation to build on their work. Check out the link in the comments to learn more.
