Meet Amel Bzeouich, a marketing and sales professional from Tunisia who joined Bosch Power Tools through the 12-months exchange program. In her role, she develops a go-to-market strategy for the Asia, Middle East and Africa regions. She analyzes and evaluates data and derives strategic measures from this. 📈🔍🌍 Her biggest learning so far? The open feedback culture­ in Germany – something that is not very common in her home country, especially not towards people in higher positions. "If I become a manager one day, I will aim to create an atmosphere of openness and trust in which everyone can speak freely and exchange ideas openly." But AFRIKA KOMMT! is not a one-way street. Having grown up in North Africa, Amel has a great understanding of the African market and cultural characteristics and is fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Turkish. Amel, who is working on her PhD in finance alongside her full-time job, is a true all-rounder with a hunger for new challenges and opportunities. The FSC®-certification serves as a guarantee that the paper used in the manufacture of our abrasive papers is made of material from well-managed, FSC®-certified forests and other controlled sources. Supporting the next generation is crucial for a thriving future, and Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA is committed to empowering young professionals through various initiatives and donations across the country. So what has happened during the last couple of weeks? 🎓 Tampa "Signing Day": Together with Workforce Development Partners, high school seniors were celebrated as they move into entry-level jobs and apprenticeships and begin their careers in the skilled trades. Bosch Power Tools proudly donated tools to help them start their career path. 👷♂️👷♀️ San Antonio Construction Careers Academy: Two high school seniors pursuing careers in the plumbing and construction trades have been awarded the Bosch Builders of Tomorrow Scholarship. The scholarship is designed to support future professionals, ensuring they have the right tools to succeed. 🛠 Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Chicago Builds: Bosch donated essential tools for the Chicago Builds program, which provides students with the equipment they need for their education and helps them learn important trade skills. In addition, a team of Bosch associates also joined students in building a playground for a local elementary school.
