Quality control is important for graphene to ensure it is consistent, free from defects, reproducible, performs well, and transfers smoothly. Raman imaging of large areas guarantees that graphene meets high standards for advanced technology. By analysis of the 2D to G band ratio in this 1.3 x 1.1 mm sized area with a resolution of 400 nm and more than 8.6 million spectra this sample mostly shows a monolayer with randomly distributed bilayer islands. 🔬 #Raman#Microscopy#Graphene
