Ever since our founding by the brothers Clemens and August in 1841, C&A has been at the forefront of fashion. From making 'ready-to-wear' a thing when custom-made was the norm, to popularising miniskirts in the 60s, introducing the Com-bi-kini in the 70s, Bio Cotton in early 2000 and the first Cradle-to-Cradle Gold certified garment (www.c-a.com/c2c) in 2017 - we have always evolved with the times, making stylish and quality clothes possible for everyone. And while C&A and the world around us has changed over the decades, one thing has remained the same: our dedication to offering sustainable and quality fashion for the entire family. We are introducing the back-to-work collection and keeping it simple for our customers with chic, comfortable & affordable looks. “The collection is all about timeless pieces that are easy to combine. We have suiting in different styles and colors, along with more smasual looks. I personally love the wide-leg pants. There are also plenty of options to layer when it gets a bit more chilly.     Keeping it simple for our customers with the Fit Predictor in the online shop and app. How? By using an advanced AI tool that delivers precise size recommendations for each piece based on individual user profiles and customer return data. When shopping online or in the C&A app, first-time users only need four clicks to get a recommendation. 🧐 The main goal of implementing this tool is to create a more seamless customer experience while reducing return rates.     🚀 Meet the future leaders: Five talented apprentices at C&A who set out to lead a store for six months alongside the store team to explore new solutions and to drive success together! 🚀 The program is specifically tailored for apprentices in their first and second year. The concept is simple, but with great effect. It builds on self-organization and thus allows creative solutions beyond conventional boundaries. While the five apprentices administrate and organize together, each member of the group is a project lead for one month. An experienced sponsor is ready to support anytime. On top of that, the group receives coaching and training to further develop their skills. 🚀 “After three months, the experience I gained in this project equals five years in a ‘normal’ apprenticeship,” explains Siruschik Sargsyan. The group of five not only works together, but they also live together in the heart of Munich - sharing experiences, fostering collaboration, and creating memories. 🚀 Melina Riedel summarizes: “We have grown a strong bond withing the group and enjoy an intense but fun time together, also beyond working hours. I am excited to keep growing in the next three months!” 🚀 “The team literally soaks up the experiences! I am super impressed by their passion ant motivation.
