Another successful transaction using the Bundesbank Triggersolution as part of the ECB trials! 🚀 We are proud to have been part of another significant milestone for the #digitalization of capital markets through #tokenization and #DLT! On October 8th, Cashlink, together with Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen (WIBank), Helaba, and Bankhaus Metzler, successfully trialed the same-day (t+0) issuance and processing of a digital registered bond using the Trigger Solution of the Deutsche Bundesbank. Here’s how it unfolded: 💡 WIBank acted as the issuer of the registered bond. 💡Helaba functioned as the Cash Settlement Agent, managing payments through TARGET, the Eurosystem’s payment system. 💡Bankhaus Metzler was the purchaser of the bond. 💡Cashlink played acted as the tokenizer as well as Market DLT Operator, connecting the asset chain to the trigger solution of Bundesbank 💬 What does this mean for the financial future? The amount of project´s as part of the DLT trials of European Central Bank provide much value for the future of European financial markets.
