Taking customization a step further: Meet our brand-new DYNAFIT SKI FACTORY within our new headquarters. For us the mountains are more than just a playground - they are a part of who we are. That's why we wanted to take that bond to the next level. At the Ski Factory in Kiefersfelden, it's now possible to create something truly unique: personalized touring skis. The process of building these skis offers an opportunity to engage with the craftsmanship behind the gear, infusing every turn and detail with passion. The result is a ski that not only reflects individual style but also embodies an obsession with the mountains. Recently, we welcomed the future generation of mountain sports to our new headquarters in Kiefersfelden during the Peak Performer Foundation Kids Camp. Over 35 kids enjoyed two unforgettable days filled with adventure, fun, and inspiration from real-life role models like Johanna Hiemer and Magdalena Neuner. The weekend kicked off at our DYNAFIT Speed Factory, where the kids tested their skills in climbing, ski touring, and SKILLCOURT training. A standout moment? When the kids got to design skis for our CEO Benedikt Böhm's next expedition at the DYNAFIT SKI FACTORY. And that wasn’t all. During a special panel discussion, Benedikt Böhm, Johanna Hiemer and Magdalena shared their inspiring stories, giving the kids exciting insights into their sports and experiences. To wrap up the camp, Olympian Tobias Arlt led the group on a climb up Wendelstein, sharing his passion for winter sports along the way. A huge thank you to all the supporters, volunteers, and especially the kids who made this camp truly special! In the footsteps of our athlete Andy Steindl! After his incredible speed record on the Spaghetti Tour, three of our employees - Anna Nick, Silvia Loher, Paul Bennewitz - took on the same challenge, following Andy’s exact route. Covering 30 km and 4,400 vertical meters from the Monte Rosa Hut in Zermatt, they ran along the border between Italy and Switzerland, finishing at the Klein Matterhorn cable car station. Their journey embodied the very essence of DYNAFIT because we believe that an athlete is anyone with the will and courage to push their limits. Whether you're setting records or simply chasing your personal best, it’s about the determination to keep going. Andy's record and our team's incredible adventure are living proof of this mindset - athletes inspiring athletes. Excited to announce a new milestone: We now guarantee full contract benefits to female athletes during their pregnancy. Going forward, we have decided to include a crucial clause that we believe is long overdue – the right to full contractual benefits in the event of pregnancy. Specifically, this means that if an athlete becomes pregnant, she will receive her full contractual payments and support for up to 18 months, without any reductions. While this has not been officially documented in the past, we are now making this commitment a permanent part of our contracts. As the brand made by athletes, for athletes, we always had strong, loyal partnerships with our athletes.
