Over 20 languages are spoken at EASA and the many nationalities hosted under our roof reflect the European passion for aviation. Our highly specialised workforce is involved in a variety of challenging projects. In addition to core business profiles related to the aviation domain, we also look for experts in fields such as law, finance, HR, communications, etc. We also invest in growing the next generation of aviation talents with three programmes for recent graduates and university students.

We support our staff with a wide range of training opportunities, exchanges, development and mobility in an agile environment. We offer flexible working hours, possibility for teleworking, part-time arrangements and facilitate the integration in the German system by supporting with the schooling of employees' children and giving staff the chance to learn German in our premises. Life in Cologne
Our headquarters are based in the fourth largest city in Germany. Cologne hosts several international companies and it is a vibrant and multicultural city with leisure activities suitable for all: museums, concerts, sport, shopping, breweries, parks, boat tours on the Rhine among many others. Our building is a historical monument and our multinational staff can benefit of its location being it next door to the central train station and within easy reach of three major international airports.
