EASC, as an agile professional association for coaching and supervision, attaches great importance to intercultural competence, European networking, and quality assurance. We welcome members in EASC who implement our high-quality requirements and ethical guidelines in their professional practice and develop them further with us. Supervision and coaching are under the same "roof" in EASC. Our members are professional coaches, supervisors as well as institutes that train according to our defined quality criteria, e.g., through supervision with teaching supervisors. We continue to develop coaching and supervision through dialogue with other European coaching and supervision associations and universities. Wir begrüßen Mitglieder im EASC, die unsere hohen Qualitätsanforderungen und ethischen Richtlinien in ihrer beruflichen Praxis umsetzen und mit uns weiterentwickeln. Supervision und Coaching sind im EASC unter einem gemeinsamen „Dach“. Unsere Mitglieder sind professionelle Coaches, Supervisor*innen sowie Institute, die nach unseren definierten Qualitätsmerkmalen, u.a. durch Begleitung mit Lehrsupervisor*innen, ausbilden. Wir entwickeln Coaching und Supervision weiter u.a. durch den Dialog mit anderen europäischen Coaching- und Supervisionsverbänden und Universitäten. El EASC, como asociación profesional ágil de coaching y supervisión, concede gran importancia a la competencia intercultural, la creación de redes europeas y la garantía de calidad. This past Wednesday, we had the privilege of diving into the world of the Online Constellation Board with Mr. Georg Breiner. Through a real client case, Georg guided us in understanding how this tool can deepen our work as Supervisors and Coaches. 🗣️ We didn't just listen — we experienced it! Participants had the chance to create and explore their own Online Constellation Boards. 💻 It was fascinating to see how sizes, proportions, directions, and positioning of elements on the board can influence perspectives and generate valuable insights, which are beyond valuable for the work with our clients. The evening was filled with engaging discussions, laughter, and powerful learning moments — a testament to the value of coming together as a professional community. 🤝 A huge thank you to Georg for sharing his expertise and to everyone who joined us!
