Meanwhile, Kelvin van der Linde showcased his dominance with a flawless start-to-finish win, seizing the championship lead. Thiim faced his own challenges, losing two positions during a rain-affected pit stop and finishing in P8. The drama continued on Sunday: Thiim encountered issues right after the start, leading to the first Safety Car period and forcing him to retire. Bortolotti, weighed down by the extra load from P2, struggled to advance from P6 and fell to P9 due to pit stop complications. Despite the setbacks, he managed to hold onto second place in the championship. Next up: The action shifts to the Sachsenring! Best of luck to SSR Performance for another thrilling race. 🔥🏁
