🌏 Back from my twice a year Asia trip to visit our Habyt team. Here’s what I am excited about 🇯🇵 Our partnership with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. has taken off, and we are now able to provide co-living solutions in Tokyo through our joint initiative, Hmlet Japan. More to come Kenichi Sasaki 🇰🇷 Through our partnership with SK Group we will soon be listing the Episode properties onto Habyt.com — below some pictures of the newly opened, amazing Episode Yongsen, featuring a meditation dome. 🇭🇰 The market in Hong Kong has recovered fully, currently at over 95% across Flex and co-living. It was amazing to visit the newly opened Habyt Bridges, a conservation heritage property in collaboration with the local government. Well done Ng Han Ying 🇸🇬 As tradition I stayed at our newly opened Habyt Novena and Habyt Kallang — both properties already over 90% occupancy after a few weeks of opening. Was amazing to visit our upcoming Habyt Kada, a new wellness focused property featuring 13 f&b venues, sauna, cold plunge, gym, pilates studio, co-working and a rooftop restaurant and bar. Can’t wait to stay there in my next trip. Well done to my partner Jonathan Wong and team, it's amazing to see you have been building. Can't wait to be back.

🚀 Expansion news! We are thrilled to announce the launch of Habyt’s latest development in Leipzig. This new project marks not only Habyt’s entry into the Leipzig market but also its presence in a landmark 20th European city, further cementing our position as a key player in the flexible housing industry. The 6,200 square meter project features 185 fully furnished units, offering a mix of private studios and shared apartments. Set to welcome its first residents in December 2024, the building will also feature several amenities such as a rooftop terrace with stunning city views, a beautiful courtyard and outdoor lounge, and a spacious community area.
