Since December 2022, Lilly has navigated the vibrant landscape of our company, evolving from a Junior Internal Functions Associate into her current role.     Meet Lisa Süßmann, our Mycelium Science Intern, who’s diving deep into the world of fungi and food at Infinite Roots! 🌱 Originally from Teltow near Berlin, Lisa’s journey into the food industry blossomed during the pandemic when she found a newfound passion for both culinary arts and plants. Now pursuing her studies in Oecotrophology at HAW Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, she’s fully immersed in the vibrant intersection of nutrition and sustainability, with a special love for exploring botanical gardens. When it came time to seek an internship, Lisa set her sights on Infinite Roots®, eager to be part of 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. With over 8 years navigating the realms of food product development, she’s not just about creating new flavours; she’s about 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.
