🌟 One North Quay! 🌟 Today we are happy to share that we are working on an exciting new project: One North Quay! As mentioned in our recent post, this project is located in Canary Wharf - London. After a successful PCSA Phase last year, we look forward to working with Canary Wharf Group, Kadans Science Partner, KPF and WSP over the next three years. The building will feature various wall types with curved glass elements, fusion glazed terracotta tiles and glass balustrades. With 23 stories and approximately 33.800m² of our scope of facade, it will be Europe’s tallest commercial health and life sciences building. Last Thursday our team attended the trade fair “BAU” in Munich. We started the day with a guided tour of Schüco. Afterwards, everyone had the opportunity to explore the exhibition and find out more about what they were most interested in. There were also interesting talks, such as whether AI will replace or support project managers. One of our PM`s attended and shared this conclusion: "Just as these advances are milestones, AI will soon mark a major step in the construction industry towards a more efficient future with greater transparency, despite data overload and changing market conditions. AI will not replace project managers, but they will have to learn to work effectively with it.” The exhibition was packed with the latest innovations in construction technology, building materials and sustainable solutions. Exciting News! We are thrilled to present to you our brand-new electric-gas powered powder coating plant! This addition marks a significant step forward in enhancing both our capacity and sustainability. With this cutting-edge PPC plant, we can now powder coat 31 profiles, each 7940mm long, simultaneously. The system uses gas to efficiently warm up the oven to the required temperature, and once reached, we seamlessly transition to utilizing power generated by our solar plant. 🌞⚡ This innovative solution not only boosts our production capabilities but also aligns with our commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices.
