LexaTexer - Enterprise AI explores South America with German Accelerator: Here is my account of the incredible two weeks in which the German Accelerator raced us through Brazil and Argentina. South America is not for beginners. My friend Billy Mello warned me. In Brazil you can easily high five with an Uber driver but also get yelled at (for no apparent reason 🤷♂️), you can easily hug and hug again and cheek-kiss with customers (🕺), and I learned that I need a tax ID to get the washing machine going (?! 🤷♂️ ). In Argentina the lawyers default answer seems to be: "… you can’t do that, but here is a workaround …". If you are interested in additional learnings drop me a note 😎 .    German Accelerator provided a pressure injection of information (Druckbetankung), putting us on a fast track to navigate Brazil and Argentina. These countries are vast and do provide immense opportunities.    The most important part is the reliable and vast network of the German Accelerator, getting to know the local ecosystems is key to getting anything done in South America. German Accelerator is the gold standard for market discovery and market entry due to their vast network of decisions makers, former and current C-level executives, and mentors with hands-on experience. Many of them have founded their own businesses or managed large enterprises in the region, providing firsthand knowledge of pitfalls and workarounds.   South America is a raw diamond, likely underrated from a business perspective, yet offering immense opportunities. However, as a resource-constrained startup, you must analyze market entry efficiency and market penetration efficiency.
