We are delighted to share a 3D vision-guided application in metallurgical industry in the United States, where Mech-Mind's advanced AI+3D vision system has empowered our local customers to achieve a higher efficiency. In this automated finishing cell, the dual-station setup is equipped with a Mech-Eye LSR L industrial 3D camera at each workstation. Robots pick railroad hooks accurately for grinding supported by Mech-Mind's AI+3D vision system. Leveraging its expansive field of view and exceptional precision, the Mech-Eye LSR L industrial 3D camera achieves a picking accuracy of ±1.5 mm at a working distance of 2.5 m, factoring in errors from the fixtures.
