The year is 2024 AD - the market is entirely occupied by big money. Well, not entirely.. one small company of indomitable guys still holds out against all acquisition attempts. Bruker acquired Dynamic Biosensors the other week. Bruker acquired Sierra Sensors some years ago. Waters bought Wyatt Technologies in 2023. Waters bought TA instruments years ago. Danaher even got the Biacore brand. Malvern bought Creoptix. Malvern got MicroCal. Now the Munich Dynamic Biosensors from my friends Ralf and Uli is also gone. I now feel like the "The indomitable Gauls", like Asterix & Obelix. The heroes of my youth. I have the strong belief, that the market needs independent companies.
