IT WAS A BLAST ❗ 🤯 It's been a week ago that we've celebrated our yearly summer party and we still can not believe what a night this was! We brought the entire OUTFITTERY crew from all over the world to Berlin and celebrated the company together! Summer in Berlin, 26° ☀ , cold drinks 🍹 , great food , people dancing, performing karaoke 🎤 or line dance sessions with our lovely Office Manager and dance teacher Serkan Arpac and the motto of the day - back to the 90's! As we are still at a loss for words, we prefer to let the pictures speak for themselves. 🤩 💃 🕺 See you next year! ⏳

How our private label team celebrates the birthdays of its teamees... Our private label team is one of the few teams that works in the office almost every day. So what could be more natural than celebrating our colleagues' birthdays together? The team has therefore decided to organize a joint breakfast for every birthday to celebrate the birthday child on the one hand and to strengthen the team spirit on the other - win win! 🥐 ☕ Sometimes it's the little things that make everyday working life special. 

Team Lead Workshop @ OUTFITTERY Two weeks ago, our team leads from the styling department all came together to our office in Berlin to take part in a workshop and visit the new warehouse. But wait a minute, don't you always say you're remote first? Yup, so what? So far, so unspectacular. But what does it mean when we talk about all the team leads? We are talking about a total of 8 people, some of whom were flown in from abroad. So logistically it was quite an effort, but it was definitely worth it, more on that later. The leads came together in this constellation for the first time live and in person. So it was not certain that the workshop would be a success. But was it? Hell yes it was. The team worked really well together, there was a constructive exchange from which everyone benefited and the atmosphere was excellent. There was a lot of laughter (and eating and drinking). We could never have generated this energy and the resulting sustainable motivation remotely. That's why we sometimes break out of the "remote first" set-up at OUTFITTERY and simply meet up live. We can only recommend it! The pictures speak for themselves!
