We heard a lot of thoughts and questions – Here's a look at what was top of mind for many👇 🔐 The rise of AI agents is coming with questions: Is this reliable enough to use in customer interactions? Is the company‘s data safe? Safety and reliability are a top priority for businesses deploying GenAI solutions. It is important to ensure AI interactions are transparent and traceable, while also protecting sensitive customer data. 🌎 The ability of GenAI solutions to provide effective customer support in different languages is essential for many businesses to build strong customer connections on different markets. Real-time translation ensures that every customer receives excellent support, regardless of their language. 💡 The big question of how humans will work in AI-first contact centers remains significant as well. Autonomous AI resolution will be the norm for many use cases, but human oversight will still be crucial – human agents will act as senior supervisors to ensure efficiency and reliability of AI agents. Additionally, we also see some crucial developments that will shape the future of AI-driven customer service: Voice interactions are on an upward trend across phones, apps, and more.
