Here’s the story of our two newest team members, Krzysztof Szymanski and Miron Chestakov. It all began when Krz stepped into the role of leading our newly formed Platform Management and CRM team. It quickly became clear that additional support was needed, prompting the start of a search for the perfect candidate. 💪 Meanwhile, Krz embarked on a train journey to Warsaw to support his beloved football team Pogon Szczecin in the Polish Cup Final. 🇵🇱 On his trip, he met Miron - another Pogon fan - and what began as a casual chat soon sparked an idea: Miron could bring his talents to Prematch as a Junior Content & CRM Manager. And now here they are, both in our Berlin office, ready to shape the future of Prematch. It’s funny how life works out sometimes! 🤯 Welcome aboard, Krz and Miron! This time, we enjoyed playing at the Baller League location in Cologne! 🙌 Congratulations once again to our investors and the Baller League team for their incredible performances and for creating such a fantastic atmosphere during and after the match! 🎉 A special shout-out goes to Miron Chestakov for an outstanding job commenting on the event and Ali Emre Doymus, our referee of the night. 👏🎤 A big thank you also to everyone who participated! Let’s give them a warm welcome! 🤝 ⚽️ Max Volhin joins us in London as a Product Manager, bringing lots of experience from the startup world where he helped build things from scratch. 💻 Juan Camilo Leon Rodriguez made his way from Colombia to Italy on a scholarship to complete his Master’s in Computer Science, and stayed there ever since. He’s been a huge football fan since childhood, often going to matches with his father (although, as he admits, not the best player himself). 🎨 Tim lives just outside London and still enjoys playing 5-a-side football in his free time. He specialises in design with a strong focus on sports, particularly football. 🎞️ Jan Malte Gollan is based in Amsterdam, where he recently completed his Master’s. He’s passionate about sports and shares that enthusiasm on social media, which makes him the perfect fit to support us as a Content & Video Editor. It was amazing to finally spend time together in person and are more than happy to have each of you on board of #teamprematch! 🚀
