It was a pleasure discussing the opportunities and new use cases that can be built on top of API connections in B2B trade with all the GS1 Germany GmbH EDI/E-commerce group participants yesterday. We exchanged insights around enhanced self-service error handling, the standardisation of APIs and how working via API can also further enhance supplier collaboration. One thing is clear: APIs in the context of B2B trade are on the rise and offer great potential for the future!

Jan studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, and did several internships including management consulting at BCG and Corporate VC at Miele before joining Procuros. During his studies he was also board member of the student initiative Integra (student consultancy). To relax after a busy workday, Jan is playing Tennis or hitting the gym 💪🏼 but also likes to spend some calm time with his family and friends.
