Where are you from? 🌍 I grew up in a small village near Trier and have been living in Frankfurt for about three years now. What were you doing before joining TQ? 🎓 I completed my master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR and organization at the University of Trier. Over the past three years, I’ve worked in HR at two tech companies in Frankfurt, focusing on people development and HR project management. My passion for stress management and mental health at work started during an internship, and I’ve recently completed a one-year course in stress and mental coaching. I’m looking forward to bringing this knowledge into my role at TQ. Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? 🔮 I don’t have a fixed plan – I prefer to take things as they come and stay open-minded. I hope to enjoy my work, have great people around me, and one day get a dog! 🐕 What do you do for fun? 🏋️♀️ I enjoy staying active with sports like gym workouts, running, jumping classes, and yoga. I also love spending time with friends, trying out new cafés and restaurants, and exploring new hobbies like painting and climbing. What do you like about working at TQ? 💡 I’m already impressed by the curious, open-minded, and helpful people here. It’s amazing to see how passionately innovation is driven forward, and you can’t help but be inspired by the creativity around you. What’s your favorite thing about Frankfurt or Germany? 🇩🇪 I love Frankfurt for its international vibe and welcoming atmosphere. It’s easy to meet new people, and there are so many great restaurants.
