This makes a significant contribution to the company's global growth strategy. In the future, the 23,000 square meter facility will not only produce the air coils needed for power transmission. It is also home to research and development to continue driving the global energy revolution with innovative products.   This investment underlines our commitment to driving forward breakthrough technologies. 🚀 KEY Rimini 2025 – A Milestone for Trench Group! 🇮🇹 For the first time, Trench Group attended KEY - The Energy Transition Expo to showcase our innovative solutions and sustainable technologies for the energy transition. From SF6-free and mineral oil-free alternatives in our sustainable product portfolio “Regenera”, to the potential of Inductive Power Transformers (TIP) and cutting-edge Power Quality measurement solutions, we demonstrated our commitment to a greener, more efficient energy future. Another highlight was our new collaboration with Energy Transition Network (Gennaro Di Tuoro) joining our long-standing business partner Leane International in representing Trench in Italy. First up is Irem Savas, Junior Cost Value Engineer at HSP Hochspannungsgeräte GmbH, a subsidiary of Trench Group. Her journey shows that you don’t need a technical background to thrive in an engineering environment—what matters is curiosity, determination, and the courage to step outside your comfort zone. Irem studied Business Administration and initially had little contact with technical topics. But when she started as a working student at Siemens Healthineers, she discovered her passion for technology. Instead of following a traditional business path, she took a bold step and joined HSP in a technical role. Today, she translates production processes into numbers, optimizes manufacturing costs, and works closely with different departments to improve efficiency. 🔵 Trench Group at the Study Fair in Bamberg 🔵 On Saturday, we took part in the Study Fair in Bamberg for the first time. We had the opportunity to introduce ourselves to many young pioneers and received a lot of interest in our work. We had many good conversations throughout the day, including with representatives from Siemens, Schaeffler, and Brose Group, who visited our booth to exchange ideas and learn more about our company. We were also pleased to welcome local council members and District Administrator Johann Kalb, who took the time to join us for a fun round of our buzzer game. The Study Fair in Bamberg is a key event for students and their parents to explore study programs, apprenticeships, and internships. With over 90 exhibitors, it offers a great platform for career orientation. It was a valuable experience for us, and we appreciate the opportunity to engage with young talents and introduce them to career opportunities in our industry. From February 5th to 7th, our global Bushing Sales Team gathered in Siegburg with our colleagues from HSP Hochspannungsgeräte GmbH to set the course for the coming years at our annual Bushing Sales Meeting: 🔹 Reviewing last year’s performance 🔹 Defining strategies for future growth 🔹 Analyzing our position in the OEM business 🔹 Factory performance & capacity expansion One of the most valuable aspects: face-to-face interaction. As our team continues to grow with new talents worldwide, meetings like this are essential for networking and strengthening collaboration.
