💦👏Last month, our team in Thailand, and our teams in Lerma and Toluca, Mexico, had the opportunity to join forces with other Freudenberg groups to support the NGO Planet Water Foundation in building two water towers to provide local schools and surrounding communities with clean, safe drinking water. 💧 The Freudenberg Group has been partnering with Planet Water as part of the Freudenberg e2 Initiative for Education and Environment. Planet Water is not only driving the construction of these water towers, but they also educate the students and community members on proper handwashing and hygiene habits to keep germs away and stay healthy. Thank you to the hardworking volunteers who took part in the building of these two water towers. You have made a lasting impact in these communities. The smiling faces of the students show just how grateful they are. 💙

🎉 Our team in Lerma, Mexico, recently hosted two special events focused on celebrating the loved ones who support our team members in their everyday lives. 👨👩👧👦 Family Day was a fun-filled day complete with plant tours, face painting, interactive games, and more to offer an exciting way for family members to experience the day-to-day operations on site. 🎓 Family Scholarship Awards Ceremony honored the academic achievements of our team's children. These young scholars were recognized for their dedication, and their proud parents were celebrated for their support. Congratulations to all the scholarship recipients and thank you to our dedicated team in Lerma for organizing these memorable events! 💙

Angelica Munoz, assistant to the General Manager of Vibracoustic in Lerma, Mexico, has an exciting job and has always been glad to talk about it with her family. “My son Andres practically grew up with my stories about Freudenberg,” Munoz Carrasco added. “So I was very happy when he began an internship at my location several years ago as part of his business studies.” Andres Velazquez is now a permanent member of the Vibracoustic Purchasing team in Lerma. “We both feel appreciated here, and during the workday, it seems as though we are part of a family community,” Munoz Carrasco added.  Read more family tie stories: https://lnkd.in/eNuPwvWV #innovatingtogether #familyties

We are happy to announce together with the Freudenberg Group the opening of our new #vulcanization facility in Morinda, #India. 🙌 🌍 We celebrated with 100 colleagues the inauguration of our plant with a ceremony marked by a ribbon-cutting and the traditional Diya lamp lighting ceremony. ✨ This significant event highlights Vibracoustic India's 25-year journey, showcasing our dedication to operational excellence as well as customer service and will further strengthen our position in the market. Our  engineers developed a clever solution to the disturbances typically caused by planetary gearboxes in electric vehicles. The Vibracoustic Elastic Ring Gear mitigates high-frequency excitations like ‘torque ripple’ – the vibrations that are transmitted to the gearbox housing from the e-motor. This tuneable rubber ring offers multi-directional decoupling (radial, axial, and torsional) for a wide range of sound-pressure reductions, ideal for optimizing NVH in electric vehicles. 🚗✨ Congratulations to our Vibracoustic team in Carmi, Illinois who organized a fantastic Car Show for the local community! With over 50 incredible vehicles on display, the local team welcomed car enthusiasts, families, and neighbors for a day of fun — all while raising funds for local charities. 🎉 Along with the impressive custom cars and trucks on display the event also featured bounce houses, a dunk tank, exciting raffle prizes, and some impressive handmade awards by our talented local maintenance team for the best cars. Vibracoustic participates in the Freudenberg Group e² initiative focused on projects supporting education and the environment. With this initiative our Vibracoustic team in Morganfield, Kentucky has contributed to two impactful projects leaving a positive impression on two local schools. 🏫        The Morganfield team constructed an outdoor classroom at a local high school complete with a beautiful garden and a butterfly habitat, allowing students to engage with nature in a hands-on way. 🏫        At a local elementary school, the team installed inclusive equipment on the playground. The goal was to ensure that every student, regardless of their abilities, has equal opportunities to play and learn together.
