10th "Plan with Us!" event - A special anniversary in Budapest 🎊 The 10th edition of our "Plan with us!" event for architects, interior designers, and space planners in Budapest was a true highlight. To mark this special occasion, we curated an exclusive programme: we showcased our brand concepts, discussed the renewed architectural vision for our headquarters in Mettlach, and reported on winning the AHEAD Award in London. The setting was truly unique - held on a ship along the Danube, allowing our guests to enjoy the stunning Budapest skyline over dinner. We look forward to many more successful events! **** 10. „Plan with us!“ Event - Ein besonderes Jubiläum in Budapest 🎊 Unsere 10. „Plan with us!“ Veranstaltung für Architekten, Innenarchitekten und Raumausstatter in Budapest war ein echtes Highlight. Zum Jubiläum haben wir ein besonderes Programm zusammengestellt: Wir präsentierten unsere Markenkonzepte, erläuterten das überarbeitete architektonische Konzept unseres Hauptsitzes in Mettlach und berichteten vom Gewinn des AHEAD Awards in London. Die Atmosphäre war einzigartig: Die Veranstaltung fand auf einem Schiff auf der Donau statt, sodass unsere Gäste beim Abendessen die beeindruckende Kulisse der Budapester Lichter genießen konnten. Villeroy & Boch on course for growth: group positions itself for the future with the integration of Ideal Standard At today's annual press and analyst conference, we presented the results for the 2024 financial year. Last year, the Villeroy & Boch Group generated record revenue of € 1.421 billion, up 57.6 % on the previous year. Sales increased significantly, primarily due to the acquisition of Ideal Standard in March 2024. Furthermore, operating EBIT improved by 10 % from € 88.7 million to € 97.6 million. The targets for revenue and operating EBIT were thus achieved despite challenging market conditions. “With the integration of Ideal Standard, we've created a new company that has successfully positioned itself on the market under the umbrella of the Villeroy & Boch Group with two strong brands, clearly defined strategies for growth and an international organisation”, commented CEO Gabi Schupp. For the 2025 financial year, the Group expects an increase in consolidated revenue in the high single-digit percentage range and a moderate increase in operating EBIT. **** Villeroy & Boch auf Wachstumskurs: Konzern stellt sich mit der Integration von Ideal Standard für die Zukunft auf Bei der heutigen Bilanzpresse- und Analystenkonferenz haben wir die Ergebnisse des Geschäftsjahres 2024 vorgestellt. Im vergangenen Jahr hat der Villeroy & Boch Konzern einen Rekordumsatz in Höhe von 1,421 Mrd. € erreicht, der um 57,6 % über Vorjahr lag. Der Umsatz wurde vor allem durch die Übernahme von Ideal Standard im März 2024 deutlich gesteigert. Darüber hinaus gelang es, das operative EBIT um 10 % von 88,7 Mio. € auf 97,6 Mio. € zu verbessern.
