Mission Fulfilled – A Space for Ourselves Creating a space that reflects who we are—means translating values, culture, and identity into design. We designed our workspace that captures our vision and values—and in doing so, empowers our team. Through collaborative workshops and team sessions, we explored the essence of our mission: designing a workspace that reflects our appreciation for our employees and considers their needs at every step. We asked ourselves: What does the best-case scenario look like for our people while staying true to our values? The answer was clear—a space that energizes, inspires and and conveys emotions. We also chose to showcase our own Walter Knoll furniture, ensuring that every piece reflects our identity. The result is a space that embodies our core values—a place where our teams florish and our guests/visitors feel the brand: Walter Knoll. Inviting, inspiring, natural – the design concept of the Berliner Sparkasse in Johannisthal combines modern architecture with a sense of warmth and comfort. Inspired by nature, harmonious shades of green and pink, muted red tones, and light wood finishes shape the interior. Together with the natural lighting conditions, they create a welcoming atmosphere that flows through both buildings. Thoughtfully designed We-Spaces, such as lounges and casual meeting areas, offer space for interaction and invite people to linger.   Of course, the choice of furnishings also plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere. Quality, comfort, and timelessness were central to the selection – values that are all embodied in the furniture by Walter Knoll. With precise craftsmanship, enduring aesthetics, and natural materials, these pieces integrate seamlessly into Kinzo’s design concept. Their harmonious colours, shapes, and textures add refined accents and enhance the sense of warmth and well-being within the space.
