💬 "We spend days and weeks preparing for QBRs, coordinating with multiple teams, only to end up with inconsistent formats, endless Excel sheets, and fragmented PPTs. It’s a time drain for everyone involved." Sound familiar? If you’re nodding, you’re definitely not alone. Nearly every organization runs Business Reviews — QBRs, ABRs, MBRs — but almost everyone dreads them. Despite their critical role in strategy execution, they often become exercises in frustration. In our experience, many organizations face the same issues with their reviews: ❌ Time-consuming preparation that pulls focus away from strategy ❌ Lack of outcome orientation that buries the big picture in details ❌ Insufficient data and insights that make decisions harder ❌ Limited accountability and follow-up that hinders progress Today at 2 PM, we’ll be sharing real-life stories from organizations that have faced exactly these challenges. Discover how you can turn your Business Reviews from a chore into a strategic advantage, saving time, increasing alignment, and driving impact. 👉 Join us at 2 PM for insights and actionable solutions you can apply to your own QBRs and ABRs. This is where Business Reviews become a strategic differentiator. 🔍 However, for most organizations Business Reviews are a time-consuming, manual and inconsistent process with low accountability and missing alignment across teams. The key shifts that need to happen to make Business Reviews a success are: >> From rigid budgets to adaptive planning >> From lengthy and confusing reporting to focused, measurable outcomes >> From manual data aggregation to automated dashboards >> From extended and delayed project funding to consistent governance and portfolio monitoring >> From qualitative discussions to data-driven and outcome-focused analysis But how do you get there? 👉 In our webinar tomorrow at 2pm we’ll dive deeper into how exactly you can leverage Business Reviews better to increase adaptability, speed, and efficiency. What has been the most important outcome of your day?

Controversial opinion: It doesn’t matter if you use OKR, 4DX, BSC, Hoshin Kanri or any other framework. Here’s why. ⬇️ Having worked with hundreds of large organizations on strategy execution, I've learned that success is 20% about the framework and 80% about implementation. Each framework has its strengths and quirks. But they're all just tools. 💎 The magic isn't in the framework. It's in how you adapt it to your organization's unique needs and culture. The best framework is the one your team will actually use and stick with. Many leaders waste time searching for the “best” framework when they should focus on execution—on creating a common language, ensuring buy-in at all levels, and consistently reviewing and adjusting. Remember, the success of a company is 20% strategy and 80% execution! Execution matters, not the framework. What's your experience? #okr #strategyexecution

Since its foundation, our mission at Workpath hasn’t changed: 🎯 We enable organizations to define and achieve their most important goals. This year, however, we’ve made the biggest leap in our history — from providing an OKR-oriented goal-setting and collaboration software for enterprises to providing a comprehensive platform (including professional services) for strategy execution and business steering. A more outcome-centered, team-oriented and measurable approach to strategy execution remains the greatest challenge for today’s enterprises. But this is not enough. That’s why we have evolved and continue to expand as a comprehensive strategy execution platform, incorporating resource input (team capacity), work output (projects), outcomes (value created) and business impact (mostly financial KPIs) in one place. Building on this holistic approach, our customers can choose different angles to improve their strategy execution. Here are some success cases we recently launched in different industries ⏬: >> Insurance: Driving more efficient strategy work to reduce budget waste (by up to 15%) between the value stream teams of a newly formed product organization. >> Energy: Enhancing customer centricity and alignment on go-to-market strategy, using AI to match teams and priorities (for 2x faster time to market). >> Automotive: Scaling metrics-focused performance dialogues in a phase of increased economic pressure and organizational changes (decreasing avg. time needed for course corrects from 4 months to 4 weeks). What’s your Q4 focus to improve strategy execution?
