Connect with the biggest community of adventurers - Deliver unforgettable outdoor experiences to your target group

Info

Our komoot founders started the company in 2010 with the mission to make adventure more accessible for everyone. The six friends from Austria and Germany with a technical and scientific background and enthusiasm for outdoor adventures still run the company today. From the very beginning, the group of founders relied on the organic growth of komoot. This has proven itself over the long term. The team has now grown to over 100 people and komoot is established as the largest platform for the outdoor community in Europe: Millions of nature lovers find, plan and share their adventures here. In 2016, the B2B team was formed to promote the native advertising format Sponsored Collections. This marketing format helps brands to reach outdoor enthusiasts in their inspiration phase. Today the Sponsored Collections is a popular marketing tactic for hundreds of tourism organizations, outdoor brands, public transport companies, associations and nature conservations.
