👋 Say hi to Laura Ahrenkiel Andersen, our Financial Assistant. 😎 I am from Hedehusene, Denmark, and I currently live in Hvidovre with my boyfriend (and hamster, Fie)🐹 I completed my accounting education last August. I've always been good with numbers and genuinely interested in finance, so choosing this career path felt natural. Following my academic pursuits, I like doing things that help me relax and stay healthy. Working out and walking in nature are my favorite activities. I especially love Pilates Reformer, which I attend every Wednesday with my two coworkers from finance. Spending time with my family and traveling abroad with my boyfriend are the things I love the most. 🧘♀️🌳 I've been employed at ChemoMetec as a finance assistant since September 1, 2023. In this role, I handle our accounts receivable, play an integral role in the monthly closing of accounts, and tackle various administrative tasks as needed. I love my job; there are always new things to learn, and there is plenty of room for me to grow in my position. The environment here is fantastic—everyone is approachable and supportive. Our leaders ensure our needs are met through regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions where we discuss everything from how we feel to any assistance we need.
