Unlock the hidden potential and improve predictability in your projects through data-driven transparency! Claviate is specialized in developing customer-specific neural networks to digest visual data. Using IoT cameras that transmit directly to the cloud over the 4G(LTE) network, we have achieved a pipeline that is both fast to set up, easy to scale, and cheap. Our neural networks first and foremost ensure privacy by design, by permanently anonymizing all individuals in the images and thereby ensuring GDPR compliance. Following, we deploy a second layer of neural networks that enables the optimization of quality assurance or identifies optimization potential among other things. These tools are offered to our customers as a service - we call that Operational Tracking as a Service (OTaaS).

"In the construction industry, we are familiar with daily fines, but nothing comparable to the wind turbine industry. In this sector, delays can result in operational losses of up to one million euros per day! For example, a ship with a crane can incur around 200,000 euros per day in operational losses. That's why the innovative company Claviate has designed a system that can image-monitor all aspects of construction: from the bolts holding the structure together to the cranes lifting heavy materials, and even the weather conditions. The system provides an overview and clarity for all types of construction but is particularly utilized by the wind turbine industry where delays can be truly expensive." "The groundbreaking technology allows Claviate's team to effectively and quickly identify any problems during construction. It can also determine whether a delay is due to a missing bolt, a defective crane, or simply bad weather. This significantly reduces the risk of costly delays. CLAVIATE 🏗 👷🏻♂️ 📸 I byggebranchen kender vi til dagbøder. Men ikke til noget, som kan sammenlignes med vindmølleindustrien. I denne branche kan forsinkelser være driftstab på en million euro pr. dag! F.eks. kan et skib med en kran koste omkring 200.000 euro pr. dag i driftstab. Derfor har den innovative virksomhed Claviate designet et system, der kan billede-overvåge alle aspekter af byggeriet: Fra boltene, der holder strukturen sammen, til kranerne, der løfter tunge materialer, og endda vejrforholdene. Systemet skaber overblik og klarhed over alle slags byggerier, men bruges især af vindmølleindustrien, hvor forsinkelser er virkeligt dyre. Toke Ø Svenssonhar været på tur til Aarhus for at besøge Claviate og for at høre om deres seneste teknologiske fremskridt indenfor vindmølleindustrien. Under sit besøg havde han mulighed for at tale med CEO Kasper Koops Kratmann. Han er oprindelig er uddannet maskiningeniør og som har været ansat i et af de største firmaer i vindmølleindustrien. Den banebrydende teknologi tillader Claviates team at identificere eventuelle problemer hurtigt og effektivt under byggeri. Den kan også fastslå, om en forsinkelse skyldtes en manglende bolt, en defekt kran, eller simpelthen dårligt vejr. Det reducerer risikoen for dyre forsinkelser betydeligt. Denne evne til præcist at diagnosticere problemet er en stor lettelse for både bygherrer og entreprenører. Kasper viste Toke, hvordan Claviate trækker alle data ud på et vindmølleprojekt. Kasper sluttede rundvisningen af med at vise Toke selve kamera-teknologien, som er Claviates særligt designede kameraer samt vindsensorer m.v. Disse kameraer trækker billeder ud og omskaber dem til transparant fakta i form af rapporter med grafer m.v. Claviate er også godt kørende i 3D printning, så de hurtigt selv kan lave nye dele, hvis der går der noget i stykker ude på byggepladsen. Da Toke forlod Claviate, havde han en stærkere tro på vindenergiens fremtid. Han var ikke i tvivl om, at virksomheder som Claviate, der optimerer byggeprocesser, har meget stor værdi.
