Last week we were thrilled to host a group of curious 9th-grade students from Hillerød for an exciting #ScienceDay! This great initiative, led by Naturvidenskabernes Hus, aims to ignite interest in STEM careers and open young minds to the world of science and technology. Throughout the day, students dove into a variety of hands-on activities, including an introduction to satellite communications, programming workshops, and problem-solving challenges. They also enjoyed a tour of our facilities, where they got a close-up look at our cutting-edge test equipment in action. To top it off, our talented young engineers shared insights into their educational backgrounds and careers, providing students with a firsthand view of the exciting possibilities in STEM. It was an inspiring day filled with enthusiasm, curious questions, and a lot of fun as the students explored what we do here at Cobham Satcom. It has been exciting to be able to help guide the next generation of innovators as they explore the endless possibilities of STEM.
