Inspiring the next generation of wind technicians! This week, Wiktoria Stępnik, our Senior Resource Coordinator for Offshore, had the opportunity to visit a kindergarten in Poland to introduce young minds to the world of wind energy. 🔧🌍 Equipped with PPE kindly provided by our warehouse team, the children got a hands-on look at the gear that keeps our wind turbine technicians safe while working at height. Wiktoria taught them about the incredible size of wind turbines, how technicians climb to the top, and why safety is so important in the industry. Of course, no visit would be complete without a little something special – our young audience loved their FairWind branded gifts! It’s never too early to spark curiosity about renewable energy and the industry, and who knows?
