Join us in creating a world where everyone has access to quality education & decent jobs

Om os

Globally, 115 million children are illiterate and 767 million people live below the poverty line as defined by the UN. In consequence, a great number of young people from developing countries are lured to foreign countries where they often end up working under inhuman conditions. Many never return home. This is the vicious circle that Human Practice Foundation is determined to break. You can join us in creating a virtuous circle by providing quality education to all. Everyone should have acces to a quality education and the opportunity to learn to read, write and gain mathematical problem-solving skills. Without these basic skills, getting a decent job or even starting a business are unobtainable dreams. Education is the first step into a virtuous circle and the second is creating job opportunities - we are committed to both. Employment allows people to contribute to the family household, the community and society in general. Likewise, financial stability makes it much easier for the next generation to attend school. All of this helps secure long-term economic growth and build a virtuous circle. We have a special approach to human aid work – an approach that builds on our strong commercial background. We ensure maximum impact for every crown invested. In fact, 100% of your donation goes directly to project work. This is possible because a group of Founding Fathers independently sponsors all of the administration costs of our projects. Our operations are effective and focus on results. We are driven by compassion and dedication to our work. Some describe it as a fire that burns until we break the vicious circle. Our vow is to turn things around, to make life better for those most in need. The more schools and the more jobs we create the greater the chances are for more young people to rise out of poverty and change their path. We ask you to join us on the journey towards a decent future for the next generation of the world’s poorest.

  • Dear All, We are still buzzing with excitement from our fantastic anniversary party! 🥳🎂 A huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you who made this evening so special. Your energy, joy, and engagement turned it into an unforgettable experience. This year, we’re not just marking an anniversary – we’re celebrating a remarkable milestone. 🎓🌍 Over the past decade, our foundation has built 100 schools in Nepal and Kenya, providing educational opportunities to thousands of children in these regions. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without your unwavering support and dedication. We are also proud to highlight our Inner Strength Program, which supports children in Danish schools. Our initiative focuses on enhancing children’s emotional resilience and fostering a positive mindset, equipping them with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive both academically and personally. We are on track to expand to 30 schools and are currently active in 14. Many of our guests gained a better understanding of the core aspects of this Danish project during the celebration. The evening was filled with wonderful music and incredible performances, creating a unique energy that made the celebration truly memorable. We enjoyed beautiful acts and a sense of community that made the night exceptional. We are deeply grateful for your support throughout the years. You have been an invaluable part of our journey, and we look forward to many more amazing years together. Thank you for being a part of our story and for making a difference in the lives of children in Nepal, Kenya, and Denmark. • Sudip B.K.’s Transformation Story 🌱💚 Sudip B.K., a ninth-grade student at Saraswati Secondary School in Taplejung, Nepal, has experienced a profound transformation thanks to the Life Skills program by the Human Practice Foundation. This initiative goes beyond traditional education, focusing on the holistic development of adolescents—physically, mentally, and emotionally. For Sudip, the program has been a game-changer. He acquired crucial health knowledge, which included learning how to make sanitary pads. This not only improved hygiene and comfort for his female peers but also fostered a sense of responsibility and care in him. Additionally, Sudip’s communication skills have seen significant improvement. The program taught him the importance of using appropriate language in various social settings, promoting respect and understanding among his peers. One of the most impactful lessons Sudip learned was the importance of treating everyone equally, regardless of physical limitations. The activities emphasized equal opportunities and respect for people with disabilities, instilling empathy and a spirit of mutual support in Sudip. Programs like these are essential in shaping well-rounded individuals who not only excel academically but also contribute positively to society. #HumanPracticeFoundation #LifeSkills #EmpowermentThroughEducation #NepalEducation #TransformingLives

  • A Success Story from Sinwa Secondary School 💚 "Namaste! I am Omnath Gautam, the Head Teacher of Sinwa Secondary School in Phaktanglung Rural Municipality, Limkhim. Over the past 13 years, I’ve witnessed our school evolve from dilapidated facilities to a modern learning environment, all thanks to the incredible support from the Human Practice Foundation. Our school, situated in one of the most remote parts of Nepal, once struggled with inadequate infrastructure—deteriorating classrooms, insufficient toilets, and no access to clean drinking water. We also lacked essential facilities like a library, science lab, ICT lab, and a playground. However, HPF’s intervention has been nothing short of transformative. They’ve renovated our school building, installed clean and gender-friendly toilets and drinking water taps, and provided us with a fully equipped science lab, ICT lab, and a library. These improvements have drastically enhanced our students’ learning experiences. Today, our students are engaged with laptops and computers, and teachers utilize smartboards, opening up new worlds of knowledge. Beyond infrastructure, HPF has also focused on academic excellence by providing teacher training, enabling us to offer extra classes and remedial teaching. This has significantly boosted our students’ exam preparation and overall academic performance. Our school family is deeply grateful for HPF’s unwavering support and generous contributions. Together, we are paving the way for a brighter future for our students. Thank you." #HumanPracticeFoundation #EducationForAll #Nepal #EducationalTransformation
