This week, we officially inaugurated our spectacular, new domicile in Copenhagen with two festive events for colleagues, customers and friends of Danske Bank to mark the start of a new chapter in the history of Danske Bank. A chapter that will be written in close collaboration with our stakeholders and the societies we are part of. If our old headquarters at Holmens Kanal represents our past, our new domicile represents our future. We moved into Holmens Kanal in 1875. That was before the invention of the light bulb. Today, as we have started to explore new ways of working and collaborating in a new environment, we stand at the dawn of artificial intelligence. To me the change from the 1870s to today – from the light bulb to ChatGPT – brings home the incredible transformation – socially, technologically and economically – that has taken place over the past century and a half and of which Danske Bank has played a part by helping to fund and finance ideas and projects that led to growth, innovation and new opportunities. What the future will bring is an open question, but it is a question, which we intend to answer together with our customers and stakeholders by continuing to do what we have done for more than 150 years: To listen to our customers, to share our advice and to stand behind them by helping them to finance ideas and projects that may become future solutions to current challenges.
Sustainable design takes center stage at Telenor's Copenhagen Campus. We infused the workspace, meeting rooms, and canteen with reused, resurfaced, and repurposed furniture. Not only did this bring new life to the space, but it also showcased the aesthetic possibilities of sustainable design. Check it out below

Vi er glade for at kunne dele vores projekt for Danske Bank! Vi er beærede over at have stået i spidsen for Space- og Interior Design i samarbejde med HOLMRIS B8 til Danske Banks imponerende nye hovedkvarter på 70.000 kvadratmeter i det centrale København. Dette særlige nye sted danner rammen for Danske Banks medarbejdere og sender en varm invitation til det bredere samfund. Indretningen er baseret på den hybride arbejdsplads, der understøtter mange forskellige måder at arbejde på. Bygningens transparente og imødekommende planløsning indebærer en offentligt tilgængelig foodhall samt flere offentlige caféer. Hvert designelement, lige fra farver til materialer og inventar, er nøje udvalgt til at harmonere med den arkitektoniske vision. Excited to announce our finalized project with Danske Bank! We are honored to have led the space planning and interior design together with HOLMRIS B8 for Danske Bank's impressive new headquarters spanning 70,000 square meters in Copenhagen. This landmark facility sets the stage for Danske Bank's workforce while extending a warm invitation to the broader community. At its core, the space is an inspired hybrid workplace model that supports diverse ways of working. The building's open layout includes a publicly accessible food hall and cafés. Each design element, from colors to materials and fixtures, was meticulously chosen to harmonize with the architectural vision.
