Bag Filter Size: Length :9.7meters x Width :9.6meters x Height: 22meters. 3. Designed with 10 m vertical long bags, with 200 Deg C of continuous operating temperature. Simatek has just successfully delivered a sanitary bag filter with 288 bags, for a costumer 150 km west of Shanghai. The bag filter was fabricated with very high level of quality and finish, by a workshop in Yangzhou. The bag filter was almost 6 meters in diameter and more than 15 meters tall, for what reason the filter was transported in three sections to Jingjiang near Yangtze River, for final assembly, prior to loading on the river barge. #Simatek #CleanAirForABetterWorld #Bagfilter

Bag Filter Technology in the Plant Protein Powder Production. In the processing of plant-based protein, bag filters belong to the key equipment of the production plant. After the spray and flash drying process, hygienic-designed and CIP’able bag filters are recovering the protein product and the by-products starch and fibres. Other specific bag filter types are required at the process steps, as harvest reception, dehulling, grinding and packaging processes as well as plant cleaning to catch dust as an operator safety precaution and reduce the emissions.
