Premium office space in the heart of Copenhagen available! ✨✨✨ The top floor of our wonderful building by the harbourfront is available. The space is fully renovated and accommodates up to 34 people. With a beautiful view over Copenhagen and a shared rooftop terrace, the rental includes access to shared facilities, including a cafeteria with lunch options, a gym, and shower facilities. Location: The office space is located on the second floor of Havnegade 29, overlooking Copenhagen Harbour. With Kongens Nytorv 5 minutes away and parking in the yard, the office is easily accessible. Practical info: The space, occupying an entire floor, consists of 414 square meters of office space and a 157 square meters share of fantastic communal areas. On the second floor, you'll have your own tea kitchen, two toilets, large, light rooms with harbour views and skylights, and multiple lounge areas. The basement's common areas include a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a gym, multiple shower facilities, five toilets, and locker rooms. All floors are accessible with an elevator.
