🚀 After 2,759 days - FleetFox is finally PROFITABLE! A bitter-sweet feeling, but after 7.5 years of relentless hustle, countless ups and downs, and a TON of learning, FleetFox has hit a company-wide profit. While we’re not swimming in money yet, it's the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in our journey. 📈 Hasn't been a straight path here: It rarely is. When we started FleetFox (“UpSteam” back then), our focus was B2C car washing. Fast forward to today, and we’ve completely transformed. In Q2 2023, we made the bold decision to pivot — closing operations in Helsinki, Warsaw, and Tartu, saying goodbye to ~30,000 loyal B2C clients, and rebranding ourselves entirely. We burned the boats, and started fresh, as a managed marketplace for B2B full-stack fleet services. It wasn’t easy, but we knew it was the right move. 💡 Pivoting isn’t failure — it’s opportunity in disguise: Before the major pivot, we made numerous “micro-pivots” along the way. Each decision was tough (scary even) but necessary. We had to rebuild our tech, rethink our processes, and recalibrate our mindset. And now, for the first time, FleetFox is not just surviving but thriving. A few years ago we were publicly labeled as “A startup that refuses to give up” - a badge we wear with great pride! 🌟 “A startup that refuses to give up”: Success is never owned, it’s rented—and the rent is due every day, so the hustle doesn’t stop here. Our focus is sharper than ever, our technology is stronger, and we’re ready to scale.
