🔥 Elmo braved the Backyard Ultra World Championship! A race pushing runners to their absolute limits. 🤘 Competitors must consecutively run the distance of 6.706 kilometres in less than one hour, a pace of 100 miles per 24 hours. The race is over when only one runner remains to complete a lap. We teamed up with Visas Iespējas to help them improve their MatchWork app. 🤝 Visas Iespējas conducted user research through focus groups and in-depth interviews with clients. Then, we guided them in developing a Customer Journey Map to translate those insights into an improved user experience.
