👥 It’s time to meet our team! This is Liidia Danilov and she works as a logistics specialist here at MyDello. We asked her a few questions to get to know her better. 📺 Which movie or TV show best represents your workday at MyDello and why?  If I had to choose a movie or TV show that best represents my workday at MyDello, it would be Emily in Paris. Like Emily, each day brings new situations and clients, each with unique wishes and needs. Her job is all about understanding her customers and tailoring her approach to ensure they feel valued. Emily always tries her best to create the perfect experience, keeping her clients happy. Similarly, at MyDello, we never know what surprises the day will hold or what difficulties we might encounter. What’s important is that we stay prepared and adaptable. Emily also has a flair for fashion, wearing beautiful and distinctive outfits that reflect her current situation. In our work, we, too, need to be versatile and ready to tackle any task with creativity. Ultimately, it’s about embracing the unexpected and finding unique solutions for each scenario, just like Emily. That spirit of resilience and dedication to customer satisfaction is what makes our work at MyDello so rewarding.    📈 What’s the secret ingredient to MyDello’s disruptive success that only you know? The secret ingredient to MyDello’s disruptive success is not a secret at all – it’s our incredible team. Here, collaboration is key. Everyone comes together to brainstorm solutions, support one another, and share knowledge. We celebrate our wins together, creating a culture of positivity and teamwork. Whether we’re discussing the latest industry news or throwing a party to recognize our achievements, this unity drives us forward. Our strength lies in our ability to work together, learn and grow as a team. It’s this collective spirit that sets MyDello apart and fuels our success.    💬 How would you explain your job at MyDello to a 5-year-old? Imagine you’re planning a super fun birthday party! You need to make sure you have everything, like yummy pizza, crunchy popcorn, colourful balloons, and games for your friends to play. But what if the pizza gets lost or the balloons don’t show up? And what if your friends can’t find where to go? That’s where I come in! My job is like being a party helper. I make sure all the pizza, popcorn, balloons, and games get to the right place at the right time. I help everything go smoothly so you can have the best party ever and have lots of fun with your friends! 🦸♀️ If MyDello were a superhero team, what would your superpower be? If I could choose a superpower, it would be the gift of multiplicity – the ability to do many tasks simultaneously. Imagine seamlessly engaging with a customer, radiating warmth and understanding while preparing crucial documents precisely. I’d effortlessly manage bookings, ensuring every detail is perfect, all while sending vital updates to the partners.

We're always coming up with creative solutions to problems and working together as a team to get the job done.    ⚡️ If MyDello were a superhero team, what would your superpower be?  I'd have the superpower of cloning myself. If I could have a few clones, I could handle several tasks at the same time, greatly improving my work efficiency.     🧑🎄 How would you explain your job at MyDello to a 5-year-old?     I am like Santa Claus, finding an excellent way to deliver what you need to your hands.

📦 How to transport goods to fifteen production facilities all over the world, some of which are not easily accessible by traditional means? With MyDello, of course.   Stoneridge, a manufacturer of automotive electronics, faced a shipping challenge. Time to share some good news 👏 MyDello managed to beat its own expectations this summer, exceeding our goals in most of our key metrics.   Whilst summer is usually the slow season, this year we managed to beat the slump. In July we even broke the all-time gross profit record. Looking at the past three summer months as a whole, we can be very proud of the picture.   This is the result of all the hard work our team has put in and I couldn’t be prouder of us. Thank you! 🎉   And as everyone likes numbers, here are some interesting tidbits:   📍 We’ve now shipped goods to/from more than 110 countries 📍 We have customers in 30+ countries 📍 Our lightest shipment so far weighed 90 grams (electrical components) 📍 Our heaviest shipment so far weighed 563 000 kilograms (metal parts)
