This innovative Egyptian team developed an eco-friendly solution, turning rice straw waste into valuable resources like organic fertilizers. They're now representing Egypt at the UNICEF Global Incubation Week in Istanbul, Turkey - connecting and exchanging knowledge with other winning teams from around the world and sharing their sustainable solutions with relevant experts. 120 Adolescents and youth, from different governorates, participated in a camp organized by the General Secretariat of #MentalHealth and Addiction Treatment at the Ministry of Health and Population. The young people engaged in social skills-building activities promoting mental health and wellbeing. The two-day camp was held in collaboration with the World Health Organization and UNICEF. Youth ambassadors introduced #communication #skills, encouraged their peers to express themselves, and discussed means of providing #psychological support within their circle of friends and families. The camp aims to raise awareness on mental #health needs among young people, promote social inclusion and encourage young people to play a positive role in their communities. بمشاركة ١٢٠ من النشء الشباب من محافظات مختلفة، نظمت الأمانة العامة للصحة النفسية وعلاج الإدمان بوزارة الصحة والسكان، معسكر فيه أنشطة تفاعلية للتعامل بشكل إيجابي مع النفس والناس اللي حوالينا، بالتعاون مع منظمة الصحة العالمية ويونيسف. وعلى مدار يومين، النشء والشباب اتكلموا عن مهارات التواصل وشجعوا المشاركين إنهم يعبروا عن نفسهم، واتكلموا عن إزاي نقدر نقدم دعم نفسي لأصحابنا وعائلاتنا. الهدف من المعسكر هو نشر ثقافة الاهتمام بالصحة النفسية بين الشباب، وتشجيعهم إنهم يقبلوا الاختلاف ويلعبوا دور إيجابي في مجتمعاتهم.

The National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, the National Council for Women and #UNICEF participated in the "El-Watan Salon", discussing the dangers #children face #online, as well as ways to address these issues.
