Big Mamma’s Portraits ❤️ Amici, heree we introduce you… Michele, the beloved Head Host at Gloria London!  Born under the sun on the beautiful Riviera Romagnola, he has been working in the hospitality industry since the age of 14. After gaining experience in Milan and California, he finally landed in London in 2019, joining Gloria’s famiglia as a barback. He quickly climbed the ladder to become the Bar Manager at Circolo. His greatest passions are Americano cocktails, the sea, vinyl records, and interior design, which he is currently studying at university😎 He’s now back at Gloria to welcome all of you with his big smile as Head Host. His favorite dish? That’s easy—his nonna’s parmigiana! 🫶

And because a beer is often accompanied by a good pizza, we couldn’t dream of a more perfect match. 🍕 Benvenuti a Barracuda, our Art Deco-inspired Italian restaurant and pizzeria on the ground floor of the Maison de la Radio is ready to welcome up to 180 ragazzi, both inside and on the terrace, for a front row seat to the bustling capital. 🎙️

Carissimi amici, It is with great excitement and pride that we announce the official opening of Barracuda on 27 September, our very first Belgian restaurant. 🇧🇪🪂 We've been dreaming of putting down our bags and pizza ovens in the Plat Pays for ages, and now we're happier than ever to be landing on the iconic Place Flagey. Originally from a small village near Naples, his love for travel and adventure brought him from Munich to Hamburg, and finally to Berlin, where Big Squadra became part of his journey 🌍 As the Head Waiter, Salvatore strikes the perfect balance between making sure our guests have an unforgettable experience and leading our amazing team. Whether he’s welcoming guests or coordinating the crew, his goal is always the same: ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. Salvatores best part at Big Squadra is the chance to meet so many special people from all over the world!
