Deltana celebrates its 8th anniversary with awards to its team   Are we a small company?   As we always say in our team, we are small... but compared to what?   This weekend we got together to celebrate our eighth anniversary and if one thing became very clear to us, it is that we are a big company, very big. Several of our regular clients have been prequalified for the Dubai Strategic Sewerage Tunnels project. This ambitious project, with a value of $22 billion, is divided into six distinct packages. The Dubai Municipality has prequalified engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies, as well as investment and operations and maintenance (O&M) partners, to bid on contracts for four of these packages. The project aims to transform Dubai’s current sewerage system from a pumping-based system to a conventional gravity-based system. Our Deltana team had an amazing Team Building meeting! It was a weekend full of laughter and adventure, where we put aside the computers to enjoy activities in nature such as canoeing and zip lining in Cuenca.   We had fun, shared and, most importantly, reinforced the value of working as a team.   The experience not only brought us closer as teammates, but also strengthened our cohesion as a team.   What a great way to recharge our batteries and continue building together!   Here is a video summary of our meeting.    #TeamBuilding #CivilEngineering #TeamWorking #RechargeEnergies
