Based in Alicante, we are part of the Valencian Community. The impact and effect of the Valencia floods are heartbreaking. The sheer scale of the amount of flash-flooding people were hit with is hard to comprehend. Our thoughts go out to all of those affected, including people who have lost family and friends. We all hope to see relief efforts step up quickly in the coming days because the scale of devastation is too much suffering for the people in those communities to bear on their own.
