🌍💧 Hoy, en el Día Mundial del Hidrógeno, estamos encantados de anunciar el lanzamiento del Proyecto H2OP: “Desarrollo de tecnologías avanzadas y herramientas de gestión de activos para la producción eficiente de hidrógeno verde para su uso en la descarbonización de procesos industriales “ Dicho proyecto es un paso más en aportación de #NordexElectrolyzers hacia la descarbonización de la industria a través del hidrógeno verde, y consiste en la operación industrial del electrolizador de 500kW que hemos desarrollado. El hidrógeno generado sustituirá una parte del gas natural que alimenta una caldera de la planta de #Viscofán en Cáseda (Navarra). Nordex Electrolyzers actúa como líder del proyecto en consorcio con Viscofan  AIN - Asociación de la Industria Navarra y URAPHEX by Urtech Water. El Proyecto H2OP está diseñado para impulsar la transición energética mediante el uso de #electrolizadores avanzados. Nos enorgullece contar con el apoyo del #GobiernodeNavarra, que ha financiado esta iniciativa a través de la convocatoria de Proyectos Estratégicos de I+D 20242027. This project is another step towards Nordex Electrolyzers' contribution to the decarbonization of industry through green hydrogen, and involves the industrial operation of the 500kW electrolyzer we have developed. The generated hydrogen will replace a portion of the natural gas that feeds a boiler at the Viscofan plant in Cáseda (Navarra). Nordex Electrolyzers acts as the project leader in consortium with Viscofan, AIN - Navarra Industry Association, and URAPHEX by Urtech Water. The H2OP Project is designed to drive the energy transition through the use of advanced electrolyzers. We are proud to have the support of the Government of Navarra, which has funded this initiative through the Strategic R&D Projects 2024-2027 call. 💯 World Hydrogen Week 2024 at Copenhagen. It's impressive to see the organization by World Hydrogen Leaders for this hydrogen-focused congress. It's great to see so many attendees sharing their experiences and concerns in the different conferences. The conclusions drawn by our CEO Eugenio Luis Solla Freijomil are interesting: "different market speeds depending on the region. The USA and EU lead the way, with significant activity in the Middle East and the rest of Asia, with China being an exception. The technology is already a reality, and the demand is there, with money waiting to be activated. However, delays in large projects are due to complicated procedures and the gap between the final costs of green hydrogen and grey hydrogen. It's essential to find a formula to reduce this gap urgently, and the only way in the EU is through a more agile common policy". La tecnología está ahí, ya es una realidad, la demanda está ahí, el dinero está esperando ser activado. Los retrasos en los grandes proyectos derivan además de las complicadas tramitaciones, del gap entre los costes finales del H2 verde y el H2 gris. Se precisa buscar la fórmula que disminuya ese gap de manera urgente y la única manera en EU es a través de una política común al respecto más ágil".
