💪 Wishing all the very best to Carlos Llovo Vidal, from our R&D Department, who is taking part in the steelChallenge-19 Regional Championship. ℹ️ steelChallenge is a game-based blended learning competition to make steel with the best quality at the lowest cost. This is the first time that Spain holds a chapter of this prestigious competition, where participants will need to record successful runs of their chosen steelmaking simulators during 24 hours. 👍 Carlos has been training for two months at the steeluniversity specifically for this challenge, where he will need to carry out the melting and secondary metallurgy sequence at the minimum cost and within the technical constraints inherent to the steel plant (chemical components, casting temperatures, CO2 emissions, etc.) 📢 The winners of each region and category will qualify for the 🌍 World Championship, which will be held in April next year. 📝 Reinosa Forgings & Castings at Mecanica Brañosera's 45th Anniversary We were pleased to support MBR Mecánica Brañosera in the celebration of its 45th anniversary. ▶ From Reinosa Forgings & Castings we value the efforts of those companies in our community that, through innovation and constant work, drive the economic growth of our area. 💡 During the technical sessions, industrial innovation topics such as 'advanced manufacturing', digitalization 5.0 in the machining sector and the evolution of materials were addressed.
