In our pursuit of excellence and commitment to innovation, we coordinate decisions and activities across all brands and company departments, ensuring we achieve our shared strategic goals. How do we do it? 👇🏻 🌐 By maximising synergies within the cluster and keeping a comprehensive overview of the product. 📈 Through 'One for all' development, a single team taking full responsibility for all four projects. 🤝🏻 Working with suppliers in Spain, to help reduce transportation costs, CO2 emissions and time.  📢 We asked Vasileios Fafoutis, CUPRA Raval Project Manager (Produktreferent), David Batlle Merino, CUPRA Raval & Platform Chief Engineer, and Ana Bello, CUPRA Raval Project Steering, to share their insights from their different perspectives. SEAT S.A. achieved its best financial results ever in the first half of the year.   📈 The company continues to advance towards sustainable profitability thanks to the consistent volume growth of the CUPRA and SEAT brands, combined with efficiency improvements. Our results show an operating profit of 406 million euros in the first 6 months of 2024, 9.4% more than the same period of the previous year. Total sales revenue grew to 7.8 billion euros, an increase of 4.6%, and operating return on sales reached 5.2%. ⚡️ CUPRA continues to push boundaries and registers the best first half year in its history by delivering 125,700 cars (+17.2%). The success of the unconventional challenger brand led it to reach an unprecedented 27,500 deliveries in June. ✅ The SEAT brand consolidated its position as an essential lever for the company and maintained its double-digit growth. Between January and June, the brand delivered 171,700 vehicles (+11.4%), with the iconic #SEATIbiza leading sales with 56,300 units delivered (+29%). 💬  Wayne Griffiths, CEO of SEAT and CUPRA: “Our dedicated work to advance our strong performance has driven us to our best-ever first-half year results, a remarkable milestone in the current context. Congratulations to Arantxa Alonso Fernández for being appointed our new SEAT Brand Officer! 🙌🏼 In this newly created role, she will be responsible for developing the market positioning and long-term strategy for the SEAT brand. Arantxa will assume her new role on September 1st, reporting directly to Sven Schuwirth, SEAT S.A.’s Executive Vice-President for Sales, Marketing & Aftersales. 📢 “The SEAT brand plays a crucial role in the company’s long-term profitable growth.” said Wayne Griffiths, CEO of SEAT and CUPRA.“ To take on this position, we needed someone with the ambition and vision to drive the brand’s continued success. We’re pleased to announce that 2024 has been a great year so far at SEAT S.A., thanks to CUPRA’s record-breaking results and the #SEAT brand’s double-digit growth. Here’s a summary of the past six months: 📈 SEAT S.A. global deliveries reached 297,400, 13.8% more than in the same period in 2023 (261,400). 🚀 CUPRA completed the best first half year in its history, delivering 125,700 cars, 17.2% more than in the same period in 2023 (107,300). 🤟🏻 The #CUPRAFormentor remains the company’s best-selling model with 61,700 units delivered. 🔝 The SEAT brand has achieved a double-digit growth, reaching 171,700 deliveries, up 11.4% on the same period in 2023 (154,200). 🙌🏻 From January to June 2024, the #SEATIbiza was the SEAT brand’s best-selling model, with 56,300 units delivered. 📊 Sales of the company’s PHEV vehicles grew 84.2%, to 27,400, compared with the same period in 2023 (14,900). This first half of the year has had a strong start. Now our goal is not only to keep up the momentum, but to push our limits even harder as we keep working on our transformation towards #electrification💡. Stay tuned!
