A few weeks ago we inaugurated our new assembly plant for the Baggage Handling division in Vitoria-Gasteiz. ✈️ Adapting to the future at Malaga Airport At ULMA Handling Systems we have had the opportunity to contribute to the renovation of the baggage inspection system at Malaga - Costa del Sol Airport, adapting it to the EDS STANDARD 3 regulations. 🔍 The result? ·       26 new baggage inspection machines installed. ·       Complete refurbishment of terminals T1, T2 and T3. ·       Integration of the most advanced security systems, including new screening levels and anti-explosive containers. 🎥 The wait is over! | A few weeks ago, we shared a teaser of something big we were working on... Today, we’re thrilled to reveal the full video of our recent installation at Cosgra 🚀 With a growing volume of orders, Cosgra needed a solution to improve storage management and order preparation in their facilities. Their goals were: ✅ To optimize picking processes and warehouse organization. ✅ To reduce preparation times. ✅ To minimize errors. ✅ To increase productivity with a flexible and efficient solution. How did we achieve it? We developed a customized “Good to Person” solution, which included: 🤖 The integration of Hai Robotics mobile robots (ACR technology). 📦 A light-load box storage system, arranged in three double-deep aisles to maximize available space and streamline goods flow. 📍 Integrated inbound and outbound systems, along with an order preparation station designed to ensure fast and accurate picking.
