Job Description And Dependency

• The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's information technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of IT services. This role currently involves a high level of hands-on and technical expertise. It also requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and leading in the future a team of IT professionals (either internal or external) to support the company's objectives and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

ACTIVITIES

• IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the organization’s goals. Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities.
• System Management and Maintenance: Oversee the management of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring their reliability and security. Implement and maintain hardware and software solutions that support the organization's needs.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure the organization’s IT practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and enforce policies to protect the organization's data and IT assets.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide high-level support for critical IT issues and ensure prompt resolution. Implement proactive measures to prevent IT problems and enhance system performance.
• In the future, Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills.
  
  
  

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in Infrastructure, Cloud computing, network management, cybersecurity, and system administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience with a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products such as InTune, MSDefender or Purview is a plus.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or relevant IT certifications is a plus.
