We are hiring a Strategic Solutions IT Manager who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:

• Requirement management: Identify new customer needs breaking it down translating this need in a development requirement for the development provider.
• Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.
• System architecture: Ensure the architecture and design of systems are robust, scalable, and secure, integrating with existing infrastructure where necessary.
• Change Management: Drive process improvements and enhancements in collaboration with the development provider to meet changing business needs and improve service quality.
• Escalation Handling: Manage escalations and ensure that critical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on development performance for management review.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with development operations to ensure cost-effectiveness.

What you will need:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Customer needs management: Previous experience identifying, setting up and implementing new customer needs.
• Data: Experience and knowledge about Data Science or Data Architecture.
• Technical Stack: NETCORE, Data, Python, Angular, ML, Cloud, AWS.
• Data Driven thinking: We are looking for someone that takes decisions after having data.
• Reporting creation: Experience creating and sharing clear and simple reports.
• Good English level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Outsourced service: Experience managing outsourced services, based in KPIs tracking and achievement.
