Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team and enhance their productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with professionalism and discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. - Manage daily schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on action items. - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism. - Assist in the preparation of correspondence, memos, and reports as needed. - Conduct research and compile data for special projects or presentations. - Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. - Conduct research and gather information to assist with decision-making processes. - Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation. - Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records. - Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by executives. - Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary resources are available. - Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the executive team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
